Career Decision Making


Career Decision Making is an interactive group based session that is designed to meet the needs of both the individual that is investigating whether changing careers is an option and those seeking a definite career change.

In CDM you will review the basics of Career Decision Making evaluating your strengths in relation to key elements and labour trends. At the end of week one you will have gained the information required to self evaluate if you should be seeking a Career Change Up or a total Career Change.
   


Individuals completing CDM will have all the data and assessment
results needed to support realistic and achievable career change
outcomes.



Career Decision Making
is progressive in nature building on the information and assessments.

Individuals seeking a Career change will have an opportunity to focus on assessing personal interests and intellectual abilities, exploring
education and training and developing a successful career
decision that may include applying for Federally Funded
training dollars under Skills Development Employment Benefit.
