Anderson - Skills 101 /
Job Development
Lesley emigrated from Scotland. Her background includes
20 years of working with youth, she has been a TV producer,
SPCA officer, and Executive Assistant for the BIA. Many of
these positions kept her extremely active within her community.
Lesley is certified in Life Skills, Job Club and Assessment Component of Employment Counselling. This is where she discovered her true calling assisting unemployed people to
feel better about themselves, take control of their lives, thus
enabling them to find employment.

Glen Slingerland- Skills 101 / Job Development
Glen discovered the world of employment services in 2002. He made
the transition from a broadcasting career that spanned 23 years,
and has managed to blend his broadcast marketing experience
into the job search process to create some very unique strategies
in personal marketing.
Along with his Job Finding Club certification and the Assessment Component to Employment Counseling Certification, he has
played a vital role in Job Search Strategies for people over the
age of 45.

Delta Bedard – Career Coach
Delta hails from the U.S. of A. and has resided and studied in Canada since 1989. She attained her B.A from Simon Fraser University, with a major in Psychology and extended minors in Sociology and Criminology and recently received her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at City University. She is certified in Life Skills, Job Club Facilitation, Strong Interest Inventory, Structure of Intellect, and worked with youth-at-risk for 3 years. She also has worked exclusively with women regarding their employment goals and has facilitated many types of workshops including: Minimizing Stress and Maximizing Performance and Career Decision-Making.

Susan McBeth – Data Manager
Susan is a Sunshine Coast transplant. Her back ground includes twenty plus years in office environments covering everything from logistics to database management. She is a certified Technical Support Person and handles our Computer Help Desk. When she is not managing the CES database and compiling the stats for Service Canada, you will see her acting as a Customer Service Representative at our front desk.
